DELIVERY
(based on up to 10 boxes, for more than 10 boxes the postage fee will be priced upon enquiry)
Auckland City – $7
North Island – $13
South Island – $22
Upon receiving your order and payment, your Yummy Scrummy food boxes will be packaged and sent out within four days (Monday-Friday). Orders placed in the weekend or on a public holiday will be dispatched within five days. Once dispatched, your parcel will be delivered within 3-5 working days (depending on your location). Please supply a street address as the boxes cannot be delivered to a Post Office Box or Private Bag address. If your parcel is delivered to an incorrect address, we are not responsible for any loss or damage to the goods.
We require full payment for your order before we are able to dispatch.
If you have an urgent order, please contact us on 021 167 0381 and we may be able to get it to you sooner if you are based in Auckland. Goods will only be delivered Monday-Saturday, there are no Sunday or public holiday deliveries.
We take care when packaging the boxes, so that they arrive looking as good as when they left, but if you are not happy with the condition they arrive in, please contact us on 021 167 0381 immediately and we will try to rectify.
RETURNS
If, in the unlikely event, you need to return our product, this must be done within 7 days of delivery, as long as it is still in its original condition. Yummy Scrummy will give you a full refund, minus the postage cost once the goods have been received. Any return shipping charges are at your own expense, unless the return is a result of our error, in which case we will refund the shipping costs.
PRICE AND PAYMENT
Due to supply and demand, the designs and contents of the boxes may change, but we will make every effort to keep our website updated with the latest styles. And the prices of the boxes may increase or decrease, this will also be kept updated on the website. At time of purchase, the price that is shown is the price you will pay. At this stage we are only able to accept internet banking as payment. Once your order is made, you will be sent a confirmation email with banking details and the total charge including postage.
